Workers should improve their service skills. They do promises and get duties that never fulfill.

I recently had a great experience at a hotel in Cusco. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the historic center and not far from the main plaza. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, like a bath on the 4th floor, were a nice touch. I also appreciated the breakfast, which included 24 hours of free Coca tea and had many options to choose from.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.

Great location, walking distance to the city center and close to a nice neighborhood. Friendly staff that was always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good and included in the price, plus the free wifi and TV made our stay more enjoyable.
The room we stayed had no window and the ventilation was poor, making it hard to breathe at times. The bathroom didn't have soap or shampoo, and this was quite inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from the historical center, which makes it easy to explore the area and enjoy the charming streets. it is near a lovely plaza, where you can relax and take in the scenery. the room and bathroom were bright, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of blankets to keep you warm. the breakfast buffet was nice, but the highlight is definitely the free Coca tea available 24/7.
One thing to note is that the staff could have been a bit more accommodating. When we requested towels on our last day, as the ones we used were still wet and cold, we were denied because it was our checkout day.
